Homecrux’s October 1, 2026 feature reports a starting price of $102,000, with some customizations available at additional cost; confirm specifications and pricing with the builder before treating them as current purchase terms.

How the floor plan uses its footprint
Double sliding doors open to an open-plan interior with a dozen windows, according to Homecrux. The main living area centers on a bump-out window seat with integrated storage for cushions and throws. The feature also describes room for a sofa, coffee table, recliner, and side table; a sofa bed is suggested as one way to accommodate occasional guests, not identified as standard equipment.
Kitchen and dining
The L-shaped kitchen is described with dark cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash. Listed equipment includes a large stainless-steel sink, two-burner cooktop, oven, dishwasher, full refrigerator, and range hood. Overhead and under-counter cabinets and drawers provide storage. A dining surface for one can extend to seat a second person, with storage underneath.
Stairs, work nook, and laundry
Across from the cooking area, a storage staircase has a walkway and a designated coffee station. Beyond the kitchen, Homecrux describes a small home-office nook and a laundry area. Together, these features give work and coffee-making their own places without separating them from the main open plan.

Bathroom and loft bedroom
A pocket door leads to a bathroom with a shower stall, sink, and toilet. The bedroom is overhead. Homecrux says it can fit a queen mattress with side tables and has two operable windows, a skylight, and a cubby opposite the bed. The article does not specify loft headroom or stair dimensions, so those practical details should be confirmed directly if they matter to your use.

The reported layout prioritizes built-in storage and multiple functions: the window seat, dining surface, and staircase all incorporate storage, while the office nook and coffee station make room for specific daily routines. The kitchen and laundry equipment list is substantial for a small home, but the feature does not provide appliance models, utility requirements, or installation details.

Homecrux’s room tour also does not establish construction standards, transport arrangements, utility specifications, permitting requirements, or current availability. Those cannot be inferred from photographs or the described floor plan. Ask JT Collective for the current plans and written specifications before comparing the home with other tiny houses.

- Usable space: How are the reported 221 square feet calculated, and what are the room dimensions, loft headroom, and stair clearances?
- Building and site requirements: What construction standards, utility connections, transport arrangements, and permits apply to the specific location and installation?
- Equipment: Which kitchen and laundry items are included in the quoted build, and what electrical, plumbing, or ventilation provisions do they require?
- Customization: Which changes are available, how do they affect cost and schedule, and are they documented in the contract and drawings?
