New Atlas describes a rustic cottage-style interior, a compact kitchen and bathroom, and two ladder-access lofts—but the available product feature does not independently verify craftsmanship, towing suitability, or a price.
What the Ynez offers
New Atlas reports that Timbercraft Tiny Homes builds the Ynez on a double-axle trailer in two lengths: 20 feet (6 m) and 24 feet (7.3 m). The report characterizes both as small by US tiny-house standards and suggests the design could suit a couple’s vacation home or nomadic lifestyle. Those are the publisher’s descriptions, not a guarantee of capacity or suitability for any particular buyer.
The exterior is reported to use engineered wood siding and a metal roof, with an exterior storage box and a small porch area. Inside, New Atlas describes shiplap and pine flooring, giving the compact home a rustic cottage look.
How the interior is arranged
Kitchen
The reported kitchen includes a steel sink, a two-burner propane stove, a fridge/freezer, and cabinetry. The product feature does not identify the installed appliance brands or models, so buyers should confirm exactly what is included with their chosen build.
