Marchi Mobile’s EleMMent Palazzo Superior is a 28-tonne motorhome built around a striking engineering idea: a rooftop lounge that rises above the vehicle, alongside a panoramic cockpit and an expansive multi-zone interior. Its price was reported at around US$3 million in 2022, but that is a historical figure—not a verified current quote.
What is the EleMMent Palazzo Superior?
The Palazzo Superior is Marchi Mobile’s top-of-the-line Palazzo model. The manufacturer calls it “the most luxurious mobile home in the world,” a promotional claim rather than an independently established ranking. Its design draws on motorsport, aviation and yachting, combining a carbon-fiber cab and panoramic windshield with features more commonly associated with a large residence.
The scale is substantial even by motorhome standards. Marchi Mobile lists a 28-tonne total weight, a 13.70-meter length in one configuration and 68 square meters of living space. It also identifies a 12-meter EU version with a different floorplan. These are manufacturer-published specifications, not independent measurements.
How much does the EleMMent Palazzo cost?
News reports in 2022 put the Palazzo at around $3 million, but the reported figures vary. ANSA said a buyer would need to spend $3 million on February 25, 2022 (ANSA). La Repubblica’s February 28 headline used €3 million (la Repubblica), while the South China Morning Post described it as nearly US$3 million on May 2, 2022 (South China Morning Post).

How does the rooftop Sky Lounge work?
The signature feature is a roof deck that Marchi Mobile calls the Sky Lounge. The maker says an automatic lift raises it from the vehicle roof; the deck includes lounge furnishings, radiant floor heating and an automatic safety railing. Access is by an exterior stairwell. With the roof raised, the manufacturer gives the vehicle’s height as 6 meters, compared with a 4-meter driving height.
