A Samsung front-load washer bearing replacement is a model-specific, major repair—not a part to order based on noise alone. How to tell whether the bearings may be the problem
Noise during a spin cycle can point to a bearing problem, but it does not confirm one. Find the washer’s complete model code and match it to the support page and parts diagram for that model and market. For example, Samsung Support Gulf lists repair documentation and exploded views for the WW80FG3M05AW, while Samsung Support Saudi Arabia lists documentation for the WW70FG3M05AW. Those examples are not interchangeable fitment guidance for other washers.

Use the matching manufacturer documentation to identify the bearing, seal, or tub service part. A generic listing for a Samsung bearing or bearing-and-seal kit does not establish that it fits your washer. Separate bearings or a bearing-equipped tub?
The correct service part depends on the washer’s design and the parts documentation for its full model code. Some machines list bearings separately; others use a rear tub assembly that includes the bearing. Repair Clinic recommends considering the outer tub and bearing assembly where the manufacturer offers it, because extracting and pressing bearings can be exceptionally difficult.

One video example shows cabinet disassembly, tub removal, splitting the outer tub, drum and bearing removal, cleaning the bearing seats, pressing in new bearings, installing a seal, sealing the tub halves, and reassembly.
