The cast of Homestead Rescue does not all live together. In a July 2026 interview, Marty Raney described different arrangements for his children: Miles lives on the family’s 40-acre Alaska homestead, Matt is building a house there, and Misty lives with her husband, Maciah, and son, Gauge. His daughter Melanee runs a business in Girdwood and had not committed to moving to the property. These are Marty’s reported family details, not independently verified property records.
Where the Raney family members live
The clearest recent account of the family’s living arrangements comes from Marty Raney’s interview with TV Insider, published in July 2026. He described the 40-acre property as an off-grid Alaska homestead with no road access across a river. The interview does not give a street address or a more precise public location.

| Family member | What Marty Raney said |
|---|---|
| Miles | Lives on the family’s 40-acre Alaska homestead. |
| Matt | Is building a house on the property; the interview does not say that he has moved in. |
| Misty | Lives with her husband, Maciah, and their son, Gauge. |
| Melanee | Runs a business in Girdwood and had not committed to moving to the family property. |
Marty’s account distinguishes the siblings’ situations; it does not establish that all of them share the homestead. It also does not identify the exact home or location where Misty’s household lives.
Does Misty still split her time between Alaska and Hawaii?
Older TV Insider coverage reported that Misty, Maciah, and Gauge spend summers in Alaska and winters in Hawaii. That seasonal pattern is not confirmed as their current routine by Marty’s July 2026 interview, which says only that Misty lives with her husband and son. Treat the Alaska–Hawaii schedule as an older report, not a verified current itinerary. TV Insider’s relationship update is the older account.

Discovery’s official profile of Misty Raney Bilodeau describes her as a farmer, homestead builder, and carpenter and notes her participation in the family’s summer hunt. It does not state her present residence or confirm a seasonal split between Alaska and Hawaii.

The recent household details concern Marty Raney’s family, not every person who has appeared on Homestead Rescue. The available interview does not provide a current residence list for the show’s broader cast, so the family information should not be generalized to other participants.
