Was the show filmed at Meghan and Harry’s house?
Mostly, no. Netflix describes With Love, Meghan as a lifestyle series about cooking, gardening, and hosting at a California estate, and its official coverage identifies Montecito as the filming area. Town & Country reported that production rented a nearby property rather than using the Sussexes’ home for most of the series. Some outdoor scenes, however, were reportedly filmed at the couple’s own backyard and chicken coop, so not every home-like exterior belongs to the farmhouse.
Meghan explained that she wanted to protect her home as a “safe haven.” In an interview with People, quoted by ELLE Decor, she also said that having a crew of more than 80 people at the house would be a lot. The distinction matters: the series uses a location suited to filming and entertaining while keeping the family residence separate.
Where is the farmhouse, and who owns it?
Published reports place the property in Montecito, California, a few miles from the Sussexes’ residence. Realtor.com reported that Tom and Sherrie Cipolla own it and bought it for $4.7 million in 2017. The reports cited here do not establish a street address or parcel number, so the location is best identified at the community level.

What is known about the property?
Realtor.com reported that the farmhouse sits on five acres and has four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a barn that was also used as a filming location. In its January 2025 article, Realtor.com estimated the property’s value at upward of $8 million. That is a reported estimate, not evidence of a sale at that price, an appraisal, or a current verified market value.
What does the farmhouse look like inside?
The open kitchen is one of the most recognizable spaces in the series, fitting the show’s focus on cooking and hosting. ELLE Decor describes cream cabinetry, a farmhouse-style sink, and a butcher-block island. It also identifies a Thermador stove and range, but does not give an exact model.
Netflix’s description and coverage present the estate as a working backdrop for practical lifestyle segments—cooking, gardening, and welcoming guests—rather than simply a house tour. The farmhouse and barn provide room for those activities without turning the Sussexes’ private home into the primary set.

Netflix moved the show’s originally planned January 2025 launch to March 4, 2025, at Meghan’s request and with the company’s support, following the Los Angeles wildfires. Netflix later announced that season two would return on August 26, 2025.
