New Atlas reported dimensions of 31 feet long, 9.6 feet wide and 13.6 feet high for the unit it covered in March 2026. Its layout puts the kitchen and living room downstairs and divides the upper loft into two connected areas.
How the Wide & Tall adds living space
Escape describes its eONE XL and eONE XL Wide as all-electric designs that build on the ONE XL with a larger bathroom, bigger upper decks, more downstairs sitting or sleeping space and a much larger kitchen with options. The manufacturer says the Wide adds one foot of horizontal space over the XL, providing more room for the kitchen and living area. The Escape product page calls its listed configuration the “eONE XL Wide”; “Wide & Tall” is the name used in New Atlas’s coverage of a particular unit.
That extra width is a practical layout choice, not simply a larger exterior measurement: it can give the kitchen and living furnishings more breathing room. New Atlas described the featured home as stretching wider and taller than standard “to ensure an open and comfortable interior.” That is the publication’s description, not a measured comfort finding.

Ground floor
New Atlas describes a ground-floor kitchen and living room. The featured kitchen includes an electric oven, induction cooktop, sink, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and substantial cabinetry. The living area has a sofa space, TV and entertainment center, electric fireplace and storage. A compact bathroom is described with a vanity sink, flushing toilet, storage and a shower/bath.

Upper loft
A staircase with integrated storage leads to an upper open area divided into two sections connected by a small gangway. New Atlas says the spaces can be arranged as two bedrooms or as a bedroom and storage area. As with the listed appliances, this is a description of the featured unit, not a promise that every build has the same equipment or arrangement.

Escape sells production units through its sale page and directs buyers seeking a customized ONE XL to request a quote. It cautions that specifications and materials can change, so the exact layout and third-party items shown may differ from the delivered unit. Ask for the current build specification and confirm any must-have appliance, fixture or room arrangement in writing before purchase.
A separate, undated Escape Tampa Bay listing advertised a specific unit as 12 inches wider and 6 inches taller than normal, with 547 square feet and features including a full-size dishwasher and laundry center. Those figures describe that advertised unit only; they are not established specifications for every eONE XL Wide or Wide & Tall.
