The “save up to $500” Breville Black Friday deal refers to prices reported in November 2025—not a confirmed 2026 offer. TechRadar reported the Barista Touch Impress at $999.99, down from $1,499.95, and the Barista Express at $499.95, down from $699.95. The coverage also described free coffee and a discount on future bean purchases for qualifying direct Breville orders. Those are historical terms; check Breville’s current offer conditions and live prices before buying.
What Breville’s 2025 Black Friday sale offered
In its November 27, 2025 coverage, TechRadar reported the following US prices and savings. They are a snapshot of that sale, not current Black Friday prices.
| Model | Price reported in November 2025 | Reduction reported | How the machine was described |
|---|---|---|---|
| Barista Touch Impress | $999.99, reduced from $1,499.95 | $500 | Step-by-step touchscreen guidance and an Impress puck system |
| Barista Express | $499.95, reduced from $699.95 | $200 | A more traditional brewing experience, with physical buttons and a pressure gauge |
The model descriptions and prices above come from TechRadar’s November 2025 Black Friday coverage; they are not independent test results. TechRadar’s separate Cyber Monday 2025 article listed the Touch Impress at $999.95 rather than $999.99, while giving the same reported Barista Express price. The small discrepancy is in the coverage itself, so there is no single universal Touch Impress sale price to infer from those reports.
How the free-coffee offer worked
TechRadar described two free bags of coffee and 25% off future bean purchases in connection with qualifying purchases made directly from Breville. For the Barista Express, it said buyers needed to register within 30 days. Treat those details as the 2025 article’s reported terms, not a standing benefit: eligibility, registration rules and offer conditions can change.

That article said Amazon might match a machine’s price, but would not provide the two free bags or the 25% bean-subscription discount. This was a dated editorial statement, not confirmation of a current Amazon listing, price match or promotion.
What Breville’s current US pages show
Breville’s US espresso category currently advertises two free bags of coffee and 25% off fresh beans from America’s best roasters, subject to terms. That is a separate promotion from the 2025 Black Friday sale; the category page does not establish a 2026 Black Friday schedule or sale price. See Breville’s US espresso category and offer terms before ordering.

Listed dimensions are 15.9 × 13.1 × 12.4 inches. Check the current Barista Express product page for live details.
How to compare the two machines and offers
Choose by how much guidance you want
The Touch Impress was presented as the more guided option, with touchscreen steps and an Impress puck system. The Barista Express was presented as a more hands-on, traditional setup with physical controls and a pressure gauge. These distinctions reflect TechRadar’s product descriptions, not a comparative performance test.

Compare the purchase route, not just the machine price
If beans are part of the value you are weighing, verify that the exact seller and product qualify, whether registration is required, and how long you have to complete it. Do not assume a retailer price match includes Breville’s direct-purchase benefits.
