No cited product documentation confirms one off-the-shelf controller that combines wireless relay outputs, an integrated LVGL display, and Home Assistant. The well-supported route is to build the functions around ESPHome: use LVGL for the on-device interface, connect it to local components or Home Assistant entities, and choose relay hardware separately.
What “integrated LVGL and Home Assistant” means
LVGL is an open-source embedded graphics library for creating interfaces with widgets, styling, and animation on microcontrollers and other embedded hardware. It supplies the device-side display interface; it is not itself a relay controller or a Home Assistant integration. LVGL documentation
ESPHome’s LVGL cookbook demonstrates both a local light switch controlled through an LVGL widget and a remote Home Assistant light represented in ESPHome and controlled with an LVGL toggle. For devices that call Home Assistant actions, ESPHome says action calls must be explicitly enabled.
How to build the functions with ESPHome
Choose display-capable ESP32 hardware
The ESPHome LVGL guide describes a path using ESP32 hardware, a supported display, an LVGL interface, and a Home Assistant connection. It says any ESP32 variant may be used and recommends an ESP32-S3 with PSRAM for larger user interfaces. Display examples include ILI9341, ST7789, and ST7796; all-in-one options mentioned include CYD and WT32-SC01. Check the guide and the hardware documentation for the particular board and display before selecting parts.

- Digital Input, supports passive (dry contact) and active (wet contact) digital input, with bi-directional optocoupler isolation
- Built-in PoE module, providing both network connection and power supply in one cable
Connect interface controls to local or Home Assistant functions
Decide which controls must work locally and which should invoke Home Assistant actions. The ESPHome cookbook provides examples of both patterns. If a control calls a Home Assistant action, enable the relevant action-call setting as described there; do not assume that displaying an entity automatically enables its actions.
Select relay hardware separately
The ESPHome Devices catalog documents an ESP32 Relay Board x8 with eight relay outputs exposed to Home Assistant as switches. Its listing does not describe an integrated LVGL display. It is evidence for a relay component in a build, not for a single integrated controller.
