The Tiny Amsterdam is a 7.2 m (23.7 ft) single-level trailer home by Romania’s Eco Tiny House. Its compact plan combines a bedroom and lounge, a central kitchen, and a small bathroom—with no loft or separate living room. New Atlas reported a starting price of €78,490 plus taxes in February 2026; that is a dated report, not a current quote.
How big is the Tiny Amsterdam?
New Atlas describes the Tiny Amsterdam as 7.2 m (23.7 ft) long, set on a double-axle trailer and arranged on one floor. The article does not give a floor-area measurement, so its length alone cannot establish how much usable interior space it offers. For scale, New Atlas notes that some North American tiny-house examples can reach 15.85 m (52 ft); that is a contextual comparison, not a market average. New Atlas, February 11, 2026.
Does the Tiny Amsterdam have a loft?
No loft is described: the sleeping area is on the main floor. This avoids the need to climb to a raised sleeping space, but the plan uses the bedroom as the home’s main lounge too. There is no dedicated living room.
What is inside the Tiny Amsterdam?
The reported layout puts the sleeping and hangout area at one end, the kitchen in the center, and a compact bathroom opposite the bedroom area. New Atlas describes an engineered-wood finish, a metal roof, many windows, and glass double doors. The reported features are a description of the model, not confirmation that every pictured exterior addition comes with it.

A double bed sits over storage, with more storage beside it. A projector is mounted above the bed, and a screen can be lowered in front of a window for viewing. New Atlas does not identify the projector’s brand or model. When the screen is in use, it covers that window.
Kitchen and two-person table
The central kitchen is reported to have a sink, induction cooktop, dishwasher, cabinetry, and room for additional appliances. A small table seats two and can also serve as a work surface. The arrangement combines everyday cooking and dining with a practical place to work, rather than reserving separate rooms for each activity.
Bathroom
The compact bathroom includes a vanity sink, shower, and flushing toilet, according to New Atlas.
What are the main design trade-offs?
- Single level: sleeping and living functions remain on one floor, but the bedroom also has to serve as the general lounge.
- Shared space: the bed area can support relaxing and movie viewing; it is not a separate living room.
- Window and projector use: the pull-down screen provides a viewing surface but covers a window while lowered.
- Flexible table: the two-person table can serve for dining or work, rather than being a dedicated desk.
How much does the Tiny Amsterdam cost?
New Atlas reported a starting offer of €78,490 (roughly US$93,500 at the article’s stated conversion), plus taxes, on February 11, 2026. That figure is historical reporting, not a verified live price or inventory listing. The report gave no delivery information and advised prospective buyers to contact Eco Tiny House. Confirm the current price, taxes, availability, and delivery arrangements directly with the company before making plans or comparing costs.

New Atlas also showed the home installed semi-permanently with a deck and small jacuzzi, but did not say those items were included in the house sale. Do not assume they are standard equipment.
