Mr. Gadget’s Wolf Fang 2.0 is a compact titanium keychain tool reported to combine a graphite writing point, a removable screwdriver bit and a pry bar. New Atlas described it during a Kickstarter campaign on March 24, 2025; that coverage does not establish whether the campaign succeeded or whether the tool is available now.
What can the Wolf Fang 2.0 do?
New Atlas reported three main functions: writing with a graphite-tipped point, turning screws with a removable bit, and prying with the tool’s integrated top end. It is designed to attach to a keyring or neck chain, rather than to replace a full-size tool set.
Write without sharpening
The writing end is described as an “everlasting pencil.” Its graphite tip is reported not to need sharpening or refills. The source does not provide details on writing performance, tip life or replacement.
Drive screws with a removable bit
The tool was reported to include a 1/6-inch S2 steel screwdriver bit, stored in a magnetic slot inside the body. Unscrewing the pencil section allows the bit to fit into a magnetic drive socket. Buyers could specify a bit type, and the report says third-party bits could be swapped in; it does not identify a particular compatible brand.

Use the top as a pry bar
The top end is an integrated pry bar. Its hole also serves as the attachment point for a keyring or neck chain, according to the article.
Size, materials and optional illumination
New Atlas reported a Grade 5 titanium body measuring 55 mm (2.16 in) long and 12 mm (0.47 in) wide, with a claimed weight of 11 g (0.39 oz). These are figures reported in the March 2025 article, not independently verified measurements.

Optional illumination consisted of three 2 × 16 mm tubes. The reported choices were glow plastic, which needs charging in bright light, or tritium vials, which do not require charging. The coverage does not establish that these options remain available.
How it differs from the original Wolf Fang
The most clearly reported change is what the 2.0 leaves out: New Atlas says the original Wolf Fang had an integrated bottle opener, while the 2.0 does not. The article does not provide a broader performance comparison with the original or with other keychain tools.

New Atlas reported a US$35 Kickstarter pledge and a planned US$49 retail price in March 2025. Those are historical campaign-era figures, not current prices. The article confirms that the product was on Kickstarter at the time, but does not establish the campaign outcome, production status, present stock or where it can be purchased now.
