The manufacturer currently lists a $148,720 base price, before location-dependent delivery; that is a listing price, not a final installed quote. Its size makes it a different proposition from a compact towable cabin: buyers should weigh the roomier layout against transport and site requirements, and verify the exact configuration and placement rules before purchase.
How large is ESCAPE The Ultimate?
ESCAPE describes The Ultimate as “over 720 sq. ft.” and calls it taller and wider than its standard models. The figure is the manufacturer’s advertised floor area, not an independently verified measurement. In its April 20, 2025 walkthrough, New Atlas reported 720 square feet and a length of 43 feet. The difference in how the area is stated is worth noting: use ESCAPE’s current “over 720” description when referring to the live model listing, and treat the 720-square-foot and 43-foot figures as New Atlas’s account of the home it covered.
The added floor area allows the model to combine a ground-floor bedroom suite with substantial upstairs space. It also makes transport practicality more important than it would be for a smaller tiny house; New Atlas characterized this 43-foot, triple-axle-trailer home as better suited to permanent installation than frequent towing.
How many bedrooms and bathrooms does it have?
ESCAPE lists The Ultimate as having 3–4 bedrooms and 1–2 bathrooms. Its layout description identifies a first-floor king suite and a large, flexible upper floor. The downstairs suite may include a large closet or a private bathroom, depending on the configuration, so the headline bedroom and bathroom ranges should not be read as a guarantee of one exact plan.
New Atlas’s 2025 walkthrough describes one large upper loft that can be split, plus a smaller second loft reached by a gangway. That account may reflect a particular unit or arrangement; confirm the plan being offered to you rather than assuming every advertised bedroom count corresponds to a fixed set of enclosed rooms.
What features and equipment are described?
ESCAPE’s current product page lists a full-size dishwasher, premium kitchen appliances, a built-in laundry center, an entertainment center with Smart TV, a fireplace, walk-in tile shower, stone vanity, high-efficiency A/C heat pump, cable railing, window coverings and USB outlets. The all-electric description means the home is presented as an electric-powered dwelling; it does not by itself establish the electrical service or site connections required at a particular location.
In its walkthrough, New Atlas reported a fridge/freezer, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, sink and dishwasher in the kitchen, as well as a washer/dryer. It also described a living room with a sofa, entertainment center, TV and electric fireplace, and a bathroom with a vanity sink, flushing toilet and shower. These are reported details of the 2025 walkthrough, not a binding equipment schedule for a future buyer.
ESCAPE cautions on its official Ultimate page: “Because of our commitment to constant improvement of our units plus availability of materials and changing product specifications, the exact layout & third party items you see on the site may differ from your unit.” Ask the seller to specify the final layout, fixtures and included appliances in writing.

How much does The Ultimate cost?
ESCAPE’s official product page currently displays a base price of $148,720 and says delivery is available at a cost that depends on location. This is the live page’s listing, not a complete installed-price quote. The New Atlas report published April 20, 2025 gave an asking price of US$155,000 at that time; it is a historical figure and should not be substituted for the current manufacturer listing.
The published figures do not establish a buyer’s final cost. The sources do not specify a destination-specific delivery charge, options total, site preparation, permits, financing eligibility or local placement approval. Request a current written quote that identifies what is included and what remains your responsibility.

Can the 720-square-foot tiny house be towed?
New Atlas described the home as 43 feet long and built on a triple-axle trailer, while noting that its size makes it more appropriate for permanent installation than frequent towing. A trailer base does not, on its own, establish that a specific vehicle can tow the home legally or safely, or that it can be moved on a particular route. Before treating it as mobile, ask ESCAPE for the unit’s final transport specifications and confirm towing capacity, route constraints, permits and delivery arrangements with qualified providers and relevant authorities.

What should buyers verify before ordering?
- Current availability and sales terms: ESCAPE describes The Ultimate as a custom-built, limited-edition production unit and says only a few will be made. Its page has also stated that production units are sold through the sale page and are not available for pre-order. Because stock and terms can change, check the live manufacturer listing directly.
- Final plan and included items: Get the selected bedroom and bathroom arrangement, appliance schedule, finishes and any options documented, accounting for ESCAPE’s warning that layouts and third-party items may change.
- Full delivered cost: Confirm the current base price, delivery charge to your location, and any other charges or work not included in the seller’s quote.
- Site and approvals: The published product information does not establish whether local zoning, building rules, utilities, access or placement requirements will permit the home on your intended site. Check with the relevant local authorities and confirm site readiness before committing.
- Transport or permanent placement: If delivery involves towing or a move after installation, obtain the unit-specific transport details and plan for the constraints of a 43-foot home rather than assuming it will function like a frequently moved compact trailer.
