What Xiaomi announced
Xiaomi’s Q3 2024 investor presentation identifies the product as the Mijia Air Conditioner Top-Outlet Pro 1.5HP Level 1+ Energy Efficiency and places its launch in Mainland China in October 2024. A later Xiaomi filing also lists the Mijia Top-Outlet Pro 1.5HP among products launched there that month.
“Top-Flow Pro” appears in the headline wording, but Xiaomi’s corporate presentation uses “Top-Outlet Pro.” Use the latter when identifying the product; the evidence does not establish “Top-Flow Pro” as its formal model name.
What the feature claims mean—and don’t establish
Top-out airflow
Xiaomi describes an “Innovative Top-out Airflow Design.” That confirms the company’s stated design emphasis, but the presentation does not explain airflow controls, room coverage, comfort outcomes or how the design compares with other air conditioners.

The available corporate material does not give a cooling or heating capacity, a room-size recommendation, or a timed test for this exact model. It therefore does not substantiate a particular number of seconds to cool or heat a room. Do not transfer performance figures from Xiaomi’s separately named Mijia Air Conditioner Pro Eco models: those are different products.
HyperOS Connect
Xiaomi lists support for “Xiaomi HyperOS Connect.” This establishes the stated support claim, but not the specific app functions, supported integrations, device compatibility or availability of those features in a particular country.
Level 1+ energy-efficiency certification
Xiaomi describes the product as Level 1+ energy efficient and says its efficiency characteristics were certified by Hefei General Machinery Product Certification Co., Ltd. under Chinese certification technical specification GC/JG5123 and implementation rules GC009C08. The cited certificate number is GC24TX002000030. This is Xiaomi’s certification claim under the named Chinese rules; it is not a universal rating, a percentage saving or a like-for-like comparison with ratings used in other regions.
Specifications the available announcement does not provide
The 1.5HP designation is part of the product name, and GC24TX002000030 is the cited certificate number. Neither is a measured rapid-cooling or rapid-heating result. The corporate presentation is not a detailed product specification sheet, and does not state:

- Power supply details or installation requirements
- Current price, warranty terms or service coverage
