WSP Global Inc. has agreed to acquire GCM Corpo, a Canadian engineering-services group with about 600 professionals. Purchase price and consideration
WSP did not disclose the total purchase price. It said that a portion of the consideration would be paid in WSP common shares to sellers, including Fonds de solidarité FTQ, which WSP identified as GCM Corpo’s largest shareholder.
