VICEM Cement Trading Joint Stock Company (Hanoi Stock Exchange: TMX) reported lower revenue and sharply lower profitability for both the third quarter and the nine months ended September 30, 2026. MarketScreener, citing S&P Capital IQ, published the figures on October 16, 2026. Third-quarter net income fell about 87% year over year, while nine-month net income dropped about 64%, declines far steeper than the corresponding revenue reductions.
Third-quarter 2026 results
TMX generated revenue of VND 123,523.06 million in the third quarter, compared with VND 125,258.52 million in the same quarter of 2025. That is a decrease of VND 1,735.46 million, or approximately 1.4%.

Net income was VND 456.41 million, down from VND 3,522.58 million a year earlier. The VND 3,066.17 million reduction represents an approximately 87.0% year-over-year decline.
Basic earnings per share (EPS) fell to VND 76 from VND 587. The VND 511 decrease is approximately 87.0%, broadly matching the net-income contraction.

Nine-month performance through September 30
For the first nine months of 2026, revenue was VND 346,859.63 million, compared with VND 362,438.23 million in the year-earlier period. Revenue therefore decreased by VND 15,578.60 million, or approximately 4.3%.
Nine-month net income totaled VND 1,531.8 million, versus VND 4,306.79 million in the first nine months of 2025. The decrease of VND 2,774.99 million equals approximately 64.4% year over year.

What the figures show
Revenue declined modestly in the third quarter
The quarterly revenue decrease was relatively limited at about 1.4%. The nine-month decline was wider at about 4.3%, showing that cumulative sales for the year were below the comparable 2025 period even though the quarterly comparison was close.

Profit fell much faster than sales
In both reporting windows, net income contracted substantially more than revenue. The available earnings figures establish the scale of that margin pressure, but the release data do not identify whether it came from trading margins, operating expenses, financing costs, tax, or another line item. Investors should therefore avoid attributing the decline to a specific cause without a detailed income-statement breakdown or management explanation.
EPS followed net income lower
Basic EPS fell in line with the sharp reduction in net income: from VND 587 to VND 76 in the quarter and from VND 718 to VND 255 for nine months. These are per-share results reported for the respective periods; they should not be interpreted as a forecast for the full year.

VICEM Cement Trading Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based trader of cement and other construction materials. Hanoi Stock Exchange disclosure identifies the issuer by stock code TMX and gives its headquarters as 348 Giai Phong Street, Hanoi.
