Bettesworth Construction is run by Yorker Media, a sole proprietorship of Ratnesh Kumar, registered in India (Udyam registration number UDYAM-BR-13-0027076), based in Gopalganj, Bihar, India.
This policy covers every payment made to us for a listing plan, an advertising placement or a custom deal on Bettesworth Construction, however you paid. Our terms and conditions apply too.
Before your plan or placement is live
You can cancel at any time before we publish it, and you get a full refund.
If we cannot deliver what we agreed, you get a full refund. That includes the promises on our plan and offer pages, such as your link going live within 2 business days.
After it is live
Once your plan or placement is live, there is no refund. If you ask us to take it down, we do, with no refund for the time it was live.
One exception: if we take a monthly or yearly plan or placement down for a reason on our side before its paid period ends, we refund the unused part of that period.
Charged twice or too much
If you were charged twice, or more than the agreed price, we refund the extra amount in full.
How to ask for a refund
Write to [email protected] with your order number or payment receipt and the reason. We reply within 2 business days.
How you get your money back
An approved refund goes back the way you paid — a card payment to the same card, a bank transfer to the account that paid, a PayPal payment to the same PayPal account — within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
Chargebacks
If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, the plan or placement it paid for is removed.
Law
This policy is governed by the law of India. The courts of Gopalganj, Bihar, India have jurisdiction.
