Thompson Thrift announced plans for The Highline, a 300-unit apartment community in Nampa, Idaho, with the first residents expected in early 2028. Although the September 30, 2026, announcement is titled as a construction start, it does not specify when construction began. The developer describes the project as a luxury community planned within East Ranch.

Where The Highline is planned

The Highline is planned for East Ranch, a master-planned mixed-use community in Nampa that Thompson Thrift says will include single-family homes, flex industrial space and integrated retail. The proposed apartment site is less than one mile from Interstate 84, providing regional connections across the Treasure Valley and Boise metro, according to the developer.
