Lee Marley Brickwork recorded £95.37 million in turnover for the year ended 31 December 2025, bringing it close to—but not to—the £100 million mark. Turnover rose from £87.16 million in FY2024, while operating profit fell from £4.38 million to £3.4 million, according to Construction Wave’s 8 October 2026 report.
How close did Lee Marley get to £100 million?
The reported £95.37 million turnover was £4.63 million short of £100 million. Compared with £87.16 million in the year ended 31 December 2024, turnover increased by £8.21 million, or about 9.4% based on the reported figures. Construction Wave describes 2025 as the company’s sixth consecutive year of growth.

Turnover rose while operating profit fell
Operating profit was £3.4 million in FY2025, down from £4.38 million in FY2024, the report says. That is a decrease of £980,000, or about 22.4% based on those figures. The results therefore show stronger revenue alongside lower operating profit; the figures cited do not establish why operating profit declined.

What the report says drove the revenue growth
Construction Wave attributes the increase to delayed projects progressing and converting to revenue, as well as significant new contracts secured in the first quarter of 2025. It cites two contracts valued at £13.7 million and £22.7 million. Those contract values are not additional turnover figures for FY2025: the report does not say how much of either contract was recognised as revenue during the year.
A company financial statement, as quoted by Construction Wave, said: “The company delivered another year of revenue growth in 2025, achieving record turnover whilst continuing to invest in its people, systems and operational capacity to support future expansion,”. The report attaches no named individual to the statement.

Order book, net assets and cash at year-end
Turnover should also be distinguished from the order book: turnover is revenue recorded for the year, while an order book represents secured work expected to be delivered. The reported figures provide this comparison:

The £131 million order book entering 2026 was £4 million below the £135 million FY2024 comparator. It is a measure of secured work, not revenue already earned in 2025, and should not be added to the £95.37 million turnover. The reported year-end figures also show net assets higher than the FY2024 comparator and cash lower.
