Kardashian and Ye bought the Hidden Hills estate in 2014 for a reported $20 million. After their separation, Kardashian reportedly paid $23 million to buy out Ye’s share and retained ownership, according to Architectural Digest. The $23 million is the reported buyout amount, not a current valuation of the property.

The estate was extensively renovated with designer Axel Vervoordt and entered another major renovation in late 2024. In its 2025 coverage, Architectural Digest described a newly added wing and work that was still unfinished. Kardashian said on a March 2025 episode of The Kardashians, as quoted by the magazine, “I’m packing up my entire house. I’m fully remodeling, and it’s not easy to do this with four kids.”
Malibu beach house
Kardashian bought the former Cindy Crawford property in 2022 for a reported $70.4 million. That is the historical purchase price, not a current estimate of the home’s worth. Architectural Digest describes a 7,450-square-foot villa on a 3.18-acre lot, with beach access, a tennis court, pool, spa, and outdoor living areas in its July 5, 2023 report.

Speaking about the property in a confessional interview, Kardashian said, “This house just really represents to me a lot of the hard work that I’ve put in, and it’s like enjoying the fruits of my labor.” The quotation conveys her personal view of the home; it does not substantiate the portfolio estimate.
Neighboring Hidden Hills home
Architectural Digest reported on October 22, 2025, that Kardashian purchased a neighboring Hidden Hills home for $7 million. The report identifies a transaction price, not an appraisal of the property or a revised total for her portfolio. The magazine’s account is available in its report on the purchase.

Several properties in Kardashian’s real-estate history are relevant to the timeline but should not be presented as present holdings based on the reported information:
- Earlier homes: She bought a Beverly Grove condo in 2005, which Architectural Digest says sold for $885,000 in 2010. She bought a Beverly Hills mansion for $3.4 million in 2010 and sold it for $4 million in 2013. Kardashian and Ye bought a Bel Air estate for $9 million and sold it for $17.8 million in 2017.
- Calabasas condo: Bought for $1.6 million in 2017 and reportedly used as an office, the condo was listed at $3.5 million. The listing was removed in September 2023; the reviewed coverage does not confirm current ownership.
- Other Hidden Hills properties: A ranch-style property bought by the couple for $2.98 million in 2019 sold for $3.5 million in 2023. Another neighboring property, bought for $6.3 million in 2022, was later listed for $7 million. A listing price is not a confirmed sale price, and these properties should not be confused with the separate $7 million neighboring-home purchase reported in October 2025.
- Wyoming ranches: Architectural Digest reports that Kardashian and Ye purchased two ranches in 2019 and that Ye owns them following the split. They are not described as Kardashian’s current holdings.
What about the Palm Springs and Kengo Kuma projects?
Reporting has associated a planned Palm Springs residence with architect Tadao Ando and a second project at an undisclosed location with architect Kengo Kuma. The Palm Springs plans faced permitting delays, and modified plans were filed in October 2024. The available reports do not establish that either project is complete, so neither should be treated as a finished home with a confirmed current value.

How to interpret the headline figure
The $100 million-plus description captures the scale of the homes associated with Kardashian, but the reported evidence does not support a precise, independently verified total. The Malibu purchase price alone is a substantial historical transaction; the Hidden Hills estate has a reported buyout and ongoing renovation; and the October 2025 neighboring purchase adds another reported transaction. Those figures answer different questions and do not, by themselves, establish what the properties would sell for today or how much the portfolio is worth net of costs or other interests.
