- Unit and included property: apartment number, floor, layout, outdoor space and the exact storage allocation, if any.
- Price and payments: total agreed price, what it includes, every payment amount and due date, recipient, and how the 10% payment is treated in the transaction.
- Payment protection: whether buyer payments are secured and, if so, the precise security terms and conditions.

- Technical standard: the binding specifications for energy performance, heating, solar panels, metering, finishes and included equipment.

- Defects and delay: how to report defects, the repair process and deadlines, and the consequences set out for delay.
- Ending the transaction: the circumstances in which either party may terminate, and what happens to payments, including any refund conditions.
