Gene Simmons and his wife, Shannon Tweed Simmons, put their Beverly Hills home on the market in April 2025 for $13.99 million. The latest located price report, published by Mansion Global on June 26, 2026, put the asking price at $11.5 million after six reductions. That is a reported listing price, not a confirmed sale price or confirmation that the home remains available.
How the asking price changed
The headline’s “nearly $14 million” figure refers to the initial 2025 ask, not the latest price located. Realtor.com reported an opening price of $13.99 million in April 2025, followed by an initial reduction to $13.49 million. Mansion Global later reported six cuts in total and an $11.5 million ask, about $2.5 million below its stated initial figure of $13.995 million.
| Milestone | Reported price | Source and qualification |
|---|---|---|
| Initial listing, April 2025 | $13.99 million | Realtor.com; reported as the opening asking price. |
| First reported reduction | $13.49 million | Realtor.com; the article reports this initial cut but does not provide a complete dated schedule for every reduction. |
| Latest located update, June 26, 2026 | $11.5 million | Mansion Global; reported after six price cuts, not verified as a live listing price. |
The available coverage does not establish whether the property sold, remained listed, or was repriced after June 26, 2026. Accordingly, $11.5 million is the latest located reported ask—not a confirmed current price as of October 8, 2026.
What the property includes
Mansion Global describes a four-bedroom residence spanning more than 7,700 square feet. Its reported features include glass, steel, oak, and concrete construction; an art-gallery space; a soundproofed home theater; outdoor living areas; and a 40-foot black-tiled infinity pool and spa.

Architectural Digest reports that Swiss architect Roger Kurath designed the home and that it was built in 2017. The publication quotes Compass listing agent Lisa Young describing it as a “rare example of Swiss architectural mastery” with a steel framework. That is the agent’s promotional characterization, rather than an independent assessment of the construction.

Realtor.com reported that Simmons and Tweed Simmons bought the Beverly Hills home in 2021 for $10.5 million. The later asking prices are not evidence of a realized gain: a listing price is not a sale price, and the available reporting does not establish final sale proceeds or ownership costs.
Rank #2
Coverage connects the decision to sell with the couple’s purchase of another residence in Malibu. Realtor.com also described the Beverly Hills property as a California base after their move to Las Vegas. Those reports explain the stated context for the listing; they do not establish the home’s present availability.
