|---|---|---|
| “Free AirPods 4” | A T-Mobile Apple bundle involving an iPhone 16 Pro, Apple Watch SE (2nd generation) and AirPods 4 | Required qualifying transactions and service terms; not a standalone giveaway |

| About $297 Nectar mattress | Selected Nectar memory-foam mattresses starting at $296.65 | Not a universal price for every model or size |

What “free AirPods 4” required
T-Mobile announced a limited-time Cyber Monday bundle beginning December 2, 2024, featuring an iPhone 16 Pro, Apple Watch SE (2nd generation) and AirPods 4. The components had eligibility rules; the AirPods were not simply available to anyone at no cost. T-Mobile’s promotion announcement described the bundle, while its promotional terms explain the general mechanics and conditions.
#1 Best Overall
- REBUILT FOR COMFORT — AirPods 4 have been redesigned for exceptional all-day comfort and greater stability. With a refined contour, shorter stem, and quick-press controls for music or calls.
- ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLATION — AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation help reduce outside noise before it reaches your ears, so you can immerse yourself in what you’re listening to.*

- IMPROVED SOUND AND CALL QUALITY — Voice Isolation improves the quality of calls in loud conditions. Using advanced computational audio, it reduces background noise while isolating and clarifying the sound of your voice for whomever you’re speaking to.*
- MAGICAL EXPERIENCE — Just say “Siri” or “Hey Siri” to play a song, make a call, or check your schedule.* And with Siri Interactions, now you can respond to Siri by simply nodding your head yes or shaking your head no.* Pair AirPods 4 by simply placing them near your device and tapping Connect on your screen.* Easily share a song or show between two sets of AirPods.* An optical in-ear sensor knows to play audio only when you’re wearing AirPods and pauses when you take them off. And you can track down your AirPods and Charging Case with the Find My app.*
- A qualifying iPhone purchase or promotion and eligible trade-in were required for the relevant offer.
- The qualifying plan named for the offer included Go5G Next or Go5G Business Next; eligibility could vary by customer category and promotion.
- Discounts could be delivered as monthly bill credits over 24 months, rather than an immediate reduction at checkout. Credits could take up to two billing cycles to appear.
- Taxes on the pre-credit price and a device connection charge of $35 could apply. Offer combinations and the number of discounted devices could be limited.
- T-Mobile’s terms say credits may stop if service is cancelled or a device is paid off early, leaving a remaining device balance due under the applicable agreement.
Before accepting a similar carrier bundle, add up the required plan payments over the full credit period, along with taxes, fees and the value of the trade-in. Compare that total with buying the earbuds separately and selecting a less expensive wireless plan. The historical offer should not be assumed to be available now; T-Mobile’s 2024 promotional-offer archive provides historical offer context.
PS5: the $374 console was the Digital Edition
The reported $374 price applied to the PS5 Slim Digital Edition. The disc-equipped PS5 Slim was listed at $424 in the same roundup.

| Model or accessory | Reported 2024 price | What to consider |
|---|---|---|
| PS5 Slim Digital Edition | $374 | No built-in disc drive; suited to buyers whose games are digital |
| PS5 Slim with disc drive | $424 | Supports physical games and Blu-ray discs |
| DualSense controller | $54 | Accessory price reported in the roundup |
| PlayStation VR2 | $349; listed comparison price $600 | Comparison price was the roundup’s stated figure, not independent price-history verification |
Digital is the lower upfront price, but physical games can be bought used, lent, or resold. If you expect to add a separate disc drive later, compare its cost with the $50 difference between the two reported console prices before deciding which model is cheaper for you. PlayStation’s official store is a source for current model and accessory details, but does not validate the expired 2024 sale price.

Check generation, chip, screen size, memory, storage and feature tier before comparing Apple listings. In particular, the AirPods 4 and AirPods 4 with ANC were separate products with different reported prices. A retailer’s listed comparison price is not the same as an independently verified recent transaction price. Retailers can discount Apple hardware, while purchasing direct from Apple may suit shoppers who value its financing, trade-in, engraving, support or return options. For standalone AirPods details, see Apple’s AirPods 4 page.
Nectar mattress: a starting price, not a brand-wide price
The roundup reported selected Nectar memory-foam mattresses starting at $296.65 during the 2024 promotion. It did not identify the exact model, size, thickness, firmness or generation behind that starting figure, or establish whether shipping, a promotional code or other checkout conditions applied. Do not read it as the price of every Nectar mattress. Check the exact configuration and terms on Nectar’s site before buying.

Keurig K-Express and the coffee trade-off
The reported $59.99 brewer was the Keurig K-Express, an entry-level single-serve pod machine. The roundup did not establish its exact listing, reservoir configuration, included pods or filters, warranty, shipping or fulfillment source. Confirm the model number and included items with the retailer; Keurig’s official site is useful for product identification.
Pod brewing is convenient, but recurring pod purchases can outweigh a low machine price for heavy coffee drinkers. A basic drip brewer or a reusable-pod setup may suit someone prioritizing ongoing cost; the roundup did not establish a specific comparative price for those alternatives. It also reported a Philips Series 3300 automatic espresso machine at $549.99 against a listed $800 comparison price, a different kind of machine rather than a direct K-Express substitute.

Other categories in the 2024 roundup
Beyond the headline items, the roundup linked to sale hubs for Amazon, Best Buy, Target and Walmart. Those destinations are retailer homepages, not verification that any particular 2024 deal remains active.
- Home security and smart home: Reolink security cameras, Anona security devices and TP-Link Kasa smart plugs.
- Cleaning and household equipment: Tineco vacuums and carpet cleaners; Ecovacs robot vacuums and window-cleaning robots; Waterdrop reverse-osmosis systems.
- Driving and entertainment: 70mai dash cams, LG C3 OLED TVs, Nintendo Switch games and Sonos products reported at 20% off.
- Audio: Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones at $228 and Sony WH-CH520 headphones at $38.
- Kitchen and wellness: Crock-Pot slow cookers at $24.99, KitchenAid stand mixers, Instant Pot products from $49.99 and Nutrafol products reported at least 20% off.
Those category descriptions and prices are historical claims from the 2024 roundup; the source did not provide enough detail to establish each configuration, seller, stock status or final checkout cost.
How to evaluate a similar deal today
- Confirm the date and seller. Make sure the promotion is currently active and identify whether the seller is the retailer itself or a marketplace seller.
- Match the exact model. Check generation, size, storage, connectivity and included accessories against the item you intend to buy.
- Calculate the total cost. Include tax, shipping, recurring service or consumables, financing and any required trade-in.
- Read the conditions before checkout. Distinguish an instant discount from a coupon, rebate or monthly bill credit, and check cancellation, return and warranty terms.
- Compare meaningful prices. Treat “regular price” and “all-time low” language as claims unless supported by reliable price history.
The original roundup disclosed that it could earn commissions from purchases made through its links. That disclosure does not change the need to verify each product’s current price, seller and terms.
