Its listing says the app tracks strides and goals and identifies a power adapter and USB cable among included items. The F3A1 manual says an RPM sensor counts pedal revolutions to help estimate calories burned, distance travelled, and strides. These are device-derived estimates and counts, not independently verified measurements of calorie expenditure or proof of a particular health benefit. Urban Outfitters has described syncing with Fitbit and Apple HealthKit, but that is retailer information rather than a guarantee that those integrations remain supported. Confirm current app and phone compatibility before buying if connected tracking is important to you.
