The buyer subsidiaries belong to China Conch Environment Protection Holdings Limited, which is a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of Anhui Conch Cement. That means the deal is connected to Conch Cement through the group structure, but the disclosed information does not specify what proportion of any future target earnings would be attributable to Conch Cement shareholders.
Conch Cement has Hong Kong H shares under code 00914 and Shanghai A shares under code 600585. These are different share classes trading on different venues; a reference to one code should not be treated as the price or performance of the other.

What does the environmental subsidiary’s recent performance show?
China Conch Environment Protection reported unaudited revenue of RMB764.992 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, down 1.57% year on year. Its net loss attributable to equity shareholders was RMB17.935 million, versus a net profit of RMB4.325 million in the first half of 2025. These are figures for the environmental subsidiary, not Anhui Conch Cement’s consolidated results.
The subsidiary also reported treating approximately 521,300 tonnes of industrial hazardous waste, producing and selling approximately 403,300 tonnes of alternative fuels, and disposing of approximately 882,600 tonnes of industrial solid waste during the first half of 2026. These are company operating figures, not estimates for the waste industry as a whole.

In its interim reporting, the subsidiary described a competitive solid- and hazardous-waste disposal market, low and fluctuating disposal prices, and pressure on the use of cement-kiln co-processing capacity.
