First decide whether pressure cooking is essential
Pressure cooking is the clearest dividing line among these examples. If you want a cooker that can pressure-cook as well as handle slower methods, the documented Breville and Instant Pot options fit that functional requirement. The exact Instant Pot functions depend on the specific model. Zojirushi’s EL-CAC60 instead combines non-pressure methods, including searing, simmering, steaming, rice and grain programs, and yogurt.

That difference is about cooking method, not a claim that one appliance produces better food. Think about what you actually make: pressure cooking may matter for meals where you want that method, while the EL-CAC60’s menu is oriented around a range of non-pressure tasks.

Before comparing an Instant Pot with another cooker, identify its full model name and generation. Check its manual for capacity, pressure and slow-cook modes, sauté function, release method, dimensions, and included accessories. Instant Pot’s manual index also retains documentation for older products, including Duo Evo Plus.
Breville Fast Slow Pro (BPR700): more specified pressure controls
Breville describes the Fast Slow Pro as a fast cooker, pressure cooker, slow cooker, and steam cooker. Its US product page gives a 6-quart bowl, 11 pressure-cook settings, and eight pressure levels from 1.5 to 12 psi. Breville also says sensors at the top and bottom of the bowl monitor temperature and pressure, and that the cooker automatically selects Quick, Pulse, or Natural pressure release.

Zavor LUX LCD: confirm the details for the exact unit
Zavor’s official support portal documents a LUX LCD Multi-Cooker, with a manual and warranty materials. It also includes troubleshooting guidance for a cooker that turns off or does not turn on because of a possible power-cord issue. The cited official materials do not establish current retail availability or enough product specifications for a precise comparison of capacity, functions, controls, or pressure performance.

Zojirushi’s US product page says the EL-CAC60 “is no longer available.” The manufacturer’s store lists EL-CAC60 parts and accessories, including a pan set, lid set, steam basket, and power cord, but the listing does not establish that any item is currently in stock. Check exact model compatibility and availability before buying a replacement part.

- Settle the pressure question. If pressure cooking is required, rule out the EL-CAC60. For Instant Pot, verify the exact model’s pressure function; for the Breville, the BPR700 is specifically documented as pressure-capable.
