Hold and standby behavior in the quick-start guide
For the EKG version described in Fellow’s quick-start guide, HOLD mode maintains the set temperature for up to 60 minutes. With HOLD off, the kettle reaches its set temperature, stays there for five minutes, then enters standby for 15 minutes before turning off.
