- Service and delivery: Verify that ARK serves your precise address and can reach and place the unit at your site.
- Full rental terms: Get the rental period, any minimum term, delivery and pickup costs, deposit requirements, payment terms and applicable fees in writing.
- Changes and removal: Confirm how to request modifications, extend the rental or arrange pickup when the project ends.
ARK also advertises container sales and custom builds. If you need a permanent or highly specialized setup rather than a temporary rental, ask whether one of those options is more suitable; do not assume a custom feature is included in a standard rental.
