Listing-based coverage described a gated property at the end of a cul-de-sac in Hidden Hills, California. It occupied a little over two acres; other reports put the lot at approximately 2.26 acres. The Los Angeles Times reported nearly 10,500 square feet for the main house and guesthouse together, while other accounts gave 10,460 square feet. Those figures are close, but the reports do not establish that every source counted the buildings on precisely the same basis.
Main house and guesthouse
The Los Angeles Times described the home as built in 2015 and later updated, with four bedrooms and eight bathrooms across the main residence and guesthouse. Other listing-based coverage highlighted a two-story entry, a theater, a gym, and a chef’s kitchen. The construction year is not settled: published accounts have also reported 2014, so neither year should be treated as confirmed without a property record.
Equestrian facilities
The property was presented as an equestrian compound. Reported features included a four-stall barn, a tack room, and a private riding arena. These facilities made the acreage more than a landscaped setting around a large house: the grounds were configured to accommodate horses and riding on site.

Reported outdoor amenities included a swimming pool, spa, cabana or pool house, and landscaped grounds. TMZ also reported a koi pond, vegetable garden, and more than 100 citrus and avocado trees. Those garden details come from that outlet’s account rather than a separately verified property record.
Asking price, purchase, and reported sale
The property’s reported transaction timeline helps put the headline figure in context. Stallone reportedly bought the home in February 2022 for $18.15 million; some contemporary coverage rounded that to $18.2 million. It was listed for $22.5 million in December 2022, then reported sold to John Fogerty in 2023 for $17.2 million.
