Taylor Swift is widely reported to have homes in Nashville, New York City’s Tribeca neighborhood, Beverly Hills and Watch Hill, Rhode Island. There is no single definitive public count: published lists differ over whether they include separate condo units, former homes and rentals. A recent report also describes a Bratenahl, Ohio, mansion bought by Swift and Travis Kelce together, which should not be counted as a Taylor-only property without confirmed individual ownership.
Where does Taylor Swift live?
Real-estate coverage most consistently associates Swift with Nashville, Tribeca in Manhattan, Beverly Hills and Watch Hill in Westerly, Rhode Island. These are reported locations, not confirmation that she occupies each home year-round. The public accounts reviewed here are media reports rather than a complete legal title search, so they do not establish a definitive current inventory of owners.

Watch Hill’s High Watch estate, also known as “Holiday House,” is particularly associated with Swift. Realtor.com reported its purchase for $17.75 million in 2013 and described its coastal setting, private shore, acreage and pool (Realtor.com). The estate was formerly a home of socialite and composer Rebekah Harkness. An AP on-location report in June 2026 noted the privacy and trespassing issues around the property (Associated Press).
Realtor.com reported in 2024, based on records obtained by Us Weekly, that a renovation and extension adding 400 square feet was planned. That report does not establish that the work was completed (Realtor.com).

How many homes does Taylor Swift have?
There is no reliable single number. Some roundups count individual apartments in the same building separately; others group them together. Lists may also include properties she sold, a home she rented, or the Ohio mansion reported as a joint purchase with Kelce. The table separates these categories rather than treating every address or historical connection as a current Taylor-owned home.

What is known about the Nashville homes?
The reported Nashville timeline begins with the Music Row penthouse in 2009, followed by the Forest Hills home in 2011. Coverage describes the latter as a Greek Revival or Greek Revival-style property bought for Swift’s family. Published measurements differ, and the reports do not form a single reconciled property record. The distinct Music Row unit also illustrates why a home count can change depending on whether separate residences in one building are counted individually.

How should the New York properties be counted?
Realtor.com’s account describes two Tribeca penthouses purchased in 2014, later combined, a third unit in the same building, and an adjacent townhouse bought in 2017. That is a count of separate reported acquisitions, not necessarily the way every roundup counts residences after the penthouses were combined. The Cornelia Street carriage house belongs in a different category: it was a temporary rental during renovation, not a purchase.
Which homes are former, rumored or jointly reported?
Former properties
The Cape Cod cottage was sold within months of its reported 2012 purchase. Its subsequent owner’s $14.5 million listing should not be mistaken for Swift’s sale proceeds. Homes & Gardens’ October 2026 coverage identifies the Beverly Hills Pillsbury Estate bungalow as a former home, purchased in 2011 and used as a West Coast base during the period around Speak Now and the writing of 1989 (Homes & Gardens).

London rumor
Immobiliare.it reported in September 2025 that British press had linked Swift to a possible London purchase around £10 million in December 2023, while noting that neither Swift nor her team had officially confirmed it. It should not be listed as an established holding (Immobiliare.it).
Ohio couple purchase
Axios Cleveland reported on September 2, 2026 that Swift and Kelce were reported to have bought the Bratenahl mansion together. The listing agents, David Ayers and Nick Zawitz of The Agency, described it as: “This remarkable Bratenahl estate pairs Gilded Age grandeur with modern luxury.” That is the agents’ marketing description, not an independent appraisal or confirmation of either person’s individual share of title (Axios Cleveland).

There is no substantiated single current value for the portfolio in the cited coverage. Immobiliare.it estimated about $150 million in 2025, while other published totals ranged from about $100 million to at least $157 million. Those are media estimates, not audited totals or comparable appraisals: the accounts differ in which properties they include, when they were published and how they value the homes (Immobiliare.it; Realtor.com).
A reported purchase price records what a buyer paid at a past transaction; it does not tell readers what that home is worth today. Likewise, a later asking price is an offer, not proof of a completed sale. Without a common dated valuation method and a settled list of properties, portfolio totals should be treated as estimates rather than a definitive balance sheet.
