The Los Angeles Times’ August 2026 tour describes a nearly one-acre, gated property with ocean and Queen’s Necklace views. The great room has a reported 30-foot ceiling and atrium skylight, and the tour also notes a glass wine cellar. These details come from published property coverage and listing descriptions, not an independent inspection.

- A fitness suite and recovery area with hot and cold plunge pools, a steam room and a sauna.
- A theater that can also be used as a golf simulator.

Why do reports give different bedroom, bathroom and area figures?
Coverage agrees on six bedrooms but differs on bathrooms and square footage. In August 2026, the Los Angeles Times reported approximately 11,000 square feet and 12 bathrooms, while Realtor.com reported about 13,000 square feet and 7.5 bathrooms.
