It records square 1536 × 1536 HD+ video, supports local microSD recording, and is listed at $65.98 for the no-chime version on Wyze’s US product page, accessed in 2026.
Battery or wired installation
The doorbell has a built-in, non-removable 6400 mAh lithium-ion battery. Wyze rates it for 3–6 months of normal use; actual runtime depends on how often the camera is activated. Wyze lists charging from 0% to 100% at about six hours. It can also be hardwired to 12–24 V AC, so existing low-voltage doorbell wiring may provide power.
Wyze says continuous local recording requires wired power. Battery operation therefore suits installations where adding or using wiring is impractical, but it does not provide the same continuous-recording option.
Field of view and video
The camera records at 1536 × 1536 HD+ in a 1:1 frame. Wyze lists a 150° horizontal by 150° vertical field of view on its product page, and a 180° diagonal field of view in its technical specifications. The tall square view is intended to show visitors from head to toe and capture packages near the doorstep.
