Will Arnett’s Beverly Hills home sold in March 2025 for about $20.2 million, below its $22.5 million asking price. Arnett had bought the contemporary residence in 2021 for $16.4 million; it was reported sold less than six weeks after its January 2025 listing. The property is no longer for sale.

What happened to the $22.5 million listing?

The $22.5 million figure was the asking price, not the sale price. Realtor.com reported that the home sold for approximately $20.2 million in March 2025. That is about $2.3 million below the asking price. The available reporting does not give an exact closing date. Realtor.com’s 2025 report also says Arnett bought the property in 2021 for $16.4 million.

What was the house like?

Architectural Digest reported that the contemporary Beverly Hills residence measured approximately 10,300 square feet and had six bedrooms. Its account described a professionally installed sound booth, a screening space, gym, pool, sauna, cold plunge, meditation area, vegetable garden and outdoor dining area. These are reported features, not a firsthand inspection of the property. Architectural Digest’s 2025 coverage provides the property details.

Why did Arnett sell?

The listing agent attributed the sale to Arnett spending more time in New York, according to Realtor.com. The same report identified entrepreneur Courtney Reum as the buyer and said the Wall Street Journal reported that Reum valued the home’s modern design and convenient location.
