Mark Wahlberg was reported to live in Las Vegas in Architectural Digest’s December 30, 2025 account. He also bought a major estate in Delray Beach, Florida, in 2025, but that purchase was not reported as a change of primary residence. His former Beverly Park mansion in California is no longer his: he sold it in 2023, and Paris Hilton bought it in 2025.

Where does Mark Wahlberg live now?

As of Architectural Digest’s December 30, 2025 report, Wahlberg’s reported residence was Las Vegas, Nevada. The report does not give a current home address or establish whether he occupies a specific completed Las Vegas house. It also does not confirm his residence status after December 2025. Architectural Digest’s account describes his move to Nevada and subsequent property activity.

Wahlberg relocated his family from California to Nevada in 2022. The Los Angeles Times reported that he said the move offered a fresh start and a better life for his children. The Los Angeles Times reported on the move alongside the sale of his former estate.

What is known about his Las Vegas homes?

Architectural Digest reported that Wahlberg’s family initially bought a 7,300-square-foot townhouse at the Summit Club for $14.5 million, then sold it the following year for $16.6 million. The family also bought and later sold a vacant 2.5-acre Nevada parcel. Wahlberg described the townhouse as temporary and said the plan was to build a studio and family home. The reports do not establish an address or confirm the details of a completed Las Vegas home.

What property did he buy in Florida?

In 2025, Wahlberg paid a reported $37 million for Palazzo di Lago, a furnished estate in the gated Stone Creek Ranch community in Delray Beach, Florida. Realtor.com described the property as 18,206 square feet, with seven bedrooms, ten full bathrooms and two powder rooms. Reported amenities include a theater, cigar lounge, wine cellar, gym, sauna, guesthouse and resort-style pool. Realtor.com’s October 2025 report details the purchase and property.

Architectural Digest reported both the Florida purchase and Las Vegas as Wahlberg’s residence. The available reports do not establish that the Delray Beach estate replaced Las Vegas as his primary residence or that he moved to Florida.

Is his Beverly Park mansion still his home?

No. Wahlberg sold the Beverly Park estate in 2023 for a reported $55 million. Realtor.com later reported that Paris Hilton bought the property for $63.1 million in June 2025. Realtor.com covered Hilton’s purchase.

The Los Angeles Times described the former estate as a French-inspired, three-story home measuring 30,500 square feet, with 12 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms, on 6.2 acres. Its reported features included a two-story library, theater, wine cellar, gym, driving range, skate park, grotto-style pool, five-hole golf course and Celtics-themed basketball court. Those details describe a sold property, not Wahlberg’s current residence.

How his home history fits together

Wahlberg’s California properties are easy to confuse with his current residence because some remain in the market’s headlines. His earlier Beverly Hills home, reportedly bought in 2001 for $5 million and sold in 2013 for $10.3 million, was a different property from the Beverly Park estate. Architectural Digest described the earlier house as having a five-bedroom main home and a separate two-bedroom guesthouse; it reappeared on the market in August 2025 with an asking price of $21.8 million at the time of that report.

The timeline distinguishes reported residence from property ownership: Nevada became the focus after the family’s 2022 move, while the Florida purchase added another reported property in 2025. The Beverly Park sale and later resale to Hilton closed the chapter on that California estate.
