Rainier, Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Hood, and Mt. Bachelor in raised relief inside the bases of four reusable cups. Each cup holds 12 oz. North Drinkware describes the cups as unbreakable, BPA-free, lightweight, and made with 50% recycled plastic; those are manufacturer claims, not independent test results.
Which mountains are inside the cups?
The set features four familiar Pacific Northwest peaks: Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Hood, and Mt. Bachelor. North Drinkware says the molded mountain forms use accurate USGS 3D data. The relief is in each cup’s base, so the mountains appear inside the cup rather than as an exterior graphic.
What is the Pacific Northwest Outdoor Cup Set?
North Drinkware announced the four-pack on September 10, 2024, as an outdoor-focused addition to its drinkware line. The company describes the cups as made in the USA, BPA-free, and composed of 50% recycled plastic. It also says a standard can fits inside each cup, and that the cups are light enough to pack and carry. These details come from the manufacturer’s 2024 launch release.
At launch, co-founder Matt Capozzi framed the product as an extension of the company’s “Bringing the Mountains Home” mission: “We are excited to bring this new product line to life and continue to evolve our mission from Bringing the Mountains Home to now Bringing the Mountains Everywhere.”
