Where was Taylor Swift’s former Cape Cod house?
The property is at 27 Marchant Avenue in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts, overlooking Nantucket Sound and near the Kennedy Compound. Swift bought the home in 2012 and sold it in February 2013, according to property records cited by The Boston Globe.

ELLE Decor described the 2025 listing at about $14.99 million, while local reporting gave $14.5 million. The home ultimately sold below the locally reported asking price. These are nominal historical prices; the cited coverage does not provide an inflation-adjusted comparison or a full appraisal analysis.
What was the house like?
Listing-era reports described a renovated oceanfront home built in 1928, with about 5,064 square feet, eight bedrooms, approximately 1.1 acres and private beach access. Boston.com reported 200 feet of private beach, a pool and that the home was sold furnished. The Boston Globe also described guest quarters, a three-car garage, a fire pit and a heated swimming pool. These are descriptions from the 2025 listing period, not a guarantee of the property’s present condition or contents.

Bathroom counts differed between listing-era reports: Boston.com reported seven baths, while ELLE Decor reported ten. The available coverage does not reconcile that difference, so a single count should not be treated as established.
