Sussanne Khan is reported to be collaborating with AGM Vijaylaxmi Group on the design identity of WIZ, a planned commercial development in Andheri, Mumbai. The announced concept draws on Art Deco geometry and proportions, reinterpreted for a contemporary business setting. The project remains prospective: the available reports describe design intent, not completed or independently verified construction.
What is WIZ, and where is it planned?
WIZ is a commercial project promoted by AGM Vijaylaxmi Creator LLP. Realty and More describes it as a project in Andheri East; registration data identifies the site as Mulgaon, Andheri, in Mumbai Suburban district. Those descriptions are not necessarily contradictory: Mulgaon is the more specific locality named in the registration record.

How is Art Deco informing the concept?
Silicon India Homes characterizes the design direction as drawing on the geometry, proportions and elegance associated with Art Deco, adapted to a modern commercial setting. In practical terms, the stated reference is to a design language and its visual principles—not a claim that WIZ will be a historically accurate Art Deco building.
