ROXON lists it at 3.1 inches closed and equips it with a fixed 4 mm bit adapter. Its compact format makes sense if you want a small selection of short tools; choose the larger Flex Companion if you need long implements or a 1/4-inch bit interface.
What the Mini Flex Companion is
ROXON describes the Mini Flex Companion, model S504G, as a compact frame built around interchangeable short implements. The manufacturer lists the closed dimensions as 3.1 × 0.8 × 0.8 inches (78 × 21 × 21 mm), open dimensions as 3.97 × 0.8 × 0.8 inches (101 × 21 × 21 mm), and weight as 2.7 oz (76.6 g). Which tools are included?
ROXON describes a pre-installed configuration as seven essential tools plus a bonus tool. Its listed implements are a knife, bottle and can opener, box cutter, short scissors, 4 mm Phillips screwdriver, tweezers and ABS toothpick. The page also describes a fixed bit adapter with a magnetic Phillips bit. Because ROXON presents both a right-hand cutting-tool selection and a frame-only configuration, check the exact option named by the seller before assuming those implements come in the package. The manufacturer says spacers are not included with the pre-installed version.
The frame has space for up to four short tools of the user’s choice. ROXON lists compatible short implements such as a hook, marlin spike, mini brush, can opener, flint fire starter, chisel/wire stripper, fish-hook remover/scaler, fish-hook sharpener/adjuster, and 5 mm or 6 mm hex wrenches. These are examples of separately presented accessories, not a promise that they are included with the base tool; check the specific package and current availability.

Specifications are from ROXON’s Mini Flex Companion and Flex Companion product pages; they are not hands-on performance comparisons. The Mini is the smaller, lighter option with four short-tool positions. The Flex Companion is longer and heavier, adds a slot, accepts long implements and uses a 1/4-inch rather than 4 mm bit adapter.

Who should consider it?
- Consider the Mini if low weight and compact dimensions matter more than carrying long implements, and the short-tool selection meets your needs.
- Choose the Flex Companion instead if you want room for long implements or need its 1/4-inch bit adapter.
- Look elsewhere if full-size pliers are essential; neither model in ROXON’s comparison includes them.
