That is the latest reported procedural development; it does not establish that the home has sold or that a foreclosure auction is imminent. TMZ described the property as worth $7 million, but that is a reported estimate—not an appraisal or confirmed sale price.
Is the Kemsleys’ Encino home being sold?
According to TMZ’s August 26, 2026 report, a judge ordered the home sold and directed Dorit to leave by November. The report is the latest located account of a court-directed sale, but it does not say that a transaction has closed. The home’s future sale price and the division of any proceeds are not established by that report.
TMZ called the property a $7 million home. Treat that figure as the outlet’s characterization of its value, not as an appraisal, a confirmed listing price, or the amount a buyer will pay.
What is known about the property?
TMZ’s May 8, 2026 report described the Encino residence as 8,901 square feet, with six bedrooms and ten bathrooms. Those are reported property details; they do not establish its current condition, market value, or eventual sale price.

Why did reports describe a pre-foreclosure risk?
Earlier coverage focused on mortgage payments and disputes over the couple’s finances. On May 8, TMZ relayed PK’s allegations about mortgage payments and luxury spending, attributing them to court documents. On July 15, AOL republished RadarOnline reporting that PK sought control over a sale and reimbursement for an advance, based on filings RadarOnline said it obtained. These are reported claims, not findings established by the cited articles.
TMZ’s August report said the spouses disputed who should pay the mortgage and bills. That earlier mortgage crisis explains the pre-foreclosure framing, but it should not be confused with the later reported court-directed sale. The available reporting does not establish that a foreclosure auction is imminent.

What remains uncertain about the sale and proceeds?
The reports describe a court-directed sale, but the available coverage does not establish that the sale has closed, what it will bring, or how proceeds will ultimately be allocated. The spouses’ positions on mortgage responsibility and finances should be treated as contested rather than settled facts.
A September 18, 2026 Reality Blurb report relayed attorney Ronald Richards’s social-media claims about a deed-related development and likely proceeds. Those claims were not independently verified against a primary deed or court order in the available reporting, so they do not establish the property’s legal status or either spouse’s final entitlement.
