What features and location does the listing describe?
Emmer advertises open-concept layouts, walk-in closets, raised ceilings in select bedrooms, private concrete patios with privacy walls, attached garages, and first- or second-floor laundry options. These are marketing descriptions, not independent inspections of construction or confirmation that every feature appears in every unit.
The listing describes the community as walkable to the Eisenbahn State Trail, downtown Kewaskum shops and restaurants, and local schools, and notes access to Highway 45. The September 23, 2026 Washington County Insider article also describes the homes as near those destinations. Neither source provides measured walking routes or distances, so check the route and travel time that matter to you.

What is the current price?
The available published figures conflict: Emmer’s page advertises “From $274,900” and shows Legacy at $274,900+, while the September 23, 2026 Washington County Insider article says prices start at $299,900+. Realtor.com search-result excerpts also showed examples at $299,900 and $314,900, but its community page could not be retrieved for verification. These figures do not establish a verified current starting price or the price of a particular home.

- Association costs, property taxes, warranty coverage, and any other ownership expenses; the listing materials reviewed do not specify these.
- Walking and driving routes to the trail, downtown, schools, and Highway 45 based on your own needs.
The local article says down-payment assistance may be available to qualified buyers and advises asking Emmer about programs. It does not identify a program or lender, set eligibility rules, or guarantee assistance, so treat it as a possibility to investigate rather than an offered benefit.
