The Onda tiny house reverses a familiar tiny-home arrangement: it groups three bedrooms on the lower level and places the kitchen and main living area upstairs. Removed Tiny Homes currently lists the home at 10 m × 3.0 m × 4.5 m, with 70 sqm of floor area, on a 10-tonne trailer. Its current listing does not clearly confirm the two-bathroom configuration described in April 2026 media coverage, so buyers should verify the bathroom count and inclusions with the builder.
How the Onda’s reversed layout works
Rather than placing bedrooms in lofts above a ground-floor living space, Onda puts its three bedrooms downstairs and the kitchen, bathroom and main living space upstairs, according to Removed Tiny Homes’ current product page. The builder describes a full-height corridor connecting the lower bedrooms, with 200 cm of standing clearance.
This arrangement separates sleeping rooms from the shared living zone. It may suit buyers who want several bedrooms grouped together and communal rooms on a separate level; whether that division works for a particular household depends on its needs and the details of the finished build.
What is known about the bathrooms
The “three bedrooms and two bathrooms” description comes from New Atlas’s April 18, 2026 report, which describes a small downstairs bathroom with a toilet and vanity, and an upstairs bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet. The report also says the upstairs bathroom has a stacked washer and dryer.
That is not the same as confirmation in the builder’s current listing. Removed Tiny Homes describes an upstairs bathroom but does not clearly verify a second one in the available product-page text. Treat the two-bathroom layout as reported for the version covered by New Atlas, not as a confirmed current specification. Ask the builder to confirm the bathroom count, placement and included fittings for the exact build being quoted.
Current dimensions, trailer and listed prices
Removed Tiny Homes’ Onda page, accessed October 8, 2026, lists dimensions of 10 m × 3.0 m × 4.5 m, 70 sqm of floor area and a 10-tonne trailer. The listed starting price for the Turn-Key option is $237,990; the page’s extracted price line does not state a currency.
Rank #2
| Build stage | Listed starting price | What the builder describes |
|---|---|---|
| Lock-Up | $142,990 | Weatherproof shell; the buyer completes the interior. |
| Lock-Up+ | $169,990 | Includes rough-in work and wall linings. |
| Turn-Key | $237,990 | Completed by licensed trades. |
These are starting prices for different completion stages, not interchangeable prices for the same finished home. Confirm the currency, final inclusions, delivery charge and current quote directly with the builder.
The measurements and price differ from New Atlas’s April 18, 2026 report, which gave a width of 3.4 m, described a double-axle trailer and quoted AUD 229,990 plus delivery. Those are that article’s dated figures; they should not be combined with the builder’s current listing to create a single specification.

Interior details reported in April 2026
New Atlas described two lower bedrooms separated by a dividing wall and a third bedroom separated by a door. Its article also listed an upstairs kitchen with a sink, microwave, oven, propane cooktop, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. These are details from that April 2026 feature, not a complete, verified inclusions list for a current Onda order. Request the builder’s written schedule for the version and build stage under consideration.

Removed Tiny Homes says it delivers Australia-wide and describes its Tiny Mansions as trailer-built and transportable. That general statement does not establish that a particular property is suitable or approved for delivery and placement. The sources do not set out delivery costs, road-movement conditions, local approvals or property-specific requirements.

- Ask the builder for a delivery quote and confirm what transport and placement work it includes.
- Check access, site preparation and any property-specific constraints with the builder before ordering.
- Confirm approvals and requirements with the relevant local authorities for the intended site.
- Get the current layout, bathroom count, dimensions, inclusions and build-stage scope in writing.
The builder also offers custom layout work and describes a design consultation process on its Onda page. Its “world-first” description of the layout is promotional wording; the available sources do not independently establish that priority.
