What is the Ninja Fireside360?
Announced by SharkNinja on August 21, 2025, the Fireside360 combines an outdoor heater and fire pit in one propane-powered unit. “First ever” applies to the Ninja brand’s first all-in-one outdoor heating and fire-pit product; it does not mean the first combined heater and fire pit on the market.

SharkNinja specifies 80,000 BTUs of combined heat and flame output. No independent performance testing was identified, so that figure should be treated as a manufacturer specification.
How the three operating modes work
Flame only
This setting runs the visible propane flame without the Fireside360’s radiant-heat mode. It is the option for a fire-pit atmosphere when additional heat is not needed.

Heat only
Heat-only operation provides warmth without the visible flame presentation. SharkNinja describes this as radiant heat; the available product information does not establish independent measurements of coverage or temperature.
Flame and heat together
The combined setting runs both functions at once. It uses more fuel than either single-function setting, which is reflected in SharkNinja’s shorter published runtime for this mode.

Is it really completely smokeless?
SharkNinja describes the Fireside360 flame as smokeless and says it produces no ash or ember residue. Because it burns propane rather than wood, it does not create the wood-smoke and ash cleanup associated with a traditional wood fire. However, the available information contains no independent emissions test or laboratory verification of the “completely smokeless” wording.

Kelly Megel, SharkNinja’s vice president of Ninja Marketing, said the company had created a product that eliminates “the smoke, the uneven heating, the constant repositioning, and the seasonal surrender of outdoor spaces.” That is SharkNinja’s marketing position, not a finding from comparative testing.

Fuel, runtime and the company’s conflicting claims
The Fireside360 uses propane, and the launch announcement states that a standard propane tank is sold separately. SharkNinja’s published runtime figures differ by source:

The two flame-mode figures may reflect different conditions or product versions, but the published pages do not explain the difference. None of these numbers is an independently verified real-world runtime. Cold weather, wind, tank fill level and operating settings can also affect actual use.

Models, price and included product information
SharkNinja’s U.S. listings checked in 2026 showed a price of $499.99 for the stainless-steel model and for Halocline Green. The Spruce model is also listed by SharkNinja, although the available material does not establish a separate current price for that color. The $449.99 figure was the company’s August 2025 launch price, not the current listed price.

Size, accessories and ongoing upkeep
The Spruce listing gives the Fireside360 dimensions as 21.8 × 21.8 × 28.8 inches. Confirm that footprint against your planned location, especially where a deck, roof overhang, railing or furniture could affect safe placement. The available material does not provide a complete clearance or installation schedule, so follow the current product manual and local propane and fire-safety requirements.
SharkNinja lists two optional accessories:
- Fireside360 soft cover (XSKOFCVR): intended to protect the unit when stored outdoors.
- Replacement rocks (816DN100): replacement decorative media for the fire-pit area.
Neither accessory is identified as required for operation. Propane tanks and refills are separate category purchases because the tank is not included.

Who should consider it?
The Fireside360 is most relevant if you want one propane appliance that can switch between ambience and heat, rather than buying a separate patio heater and fire pit. Its flame-only mode may suit gatherings where appearance matters more than warmth, while heat-only mode avoids running a visible flame.

It is a less obvious fit if you require wood-fire character, have no practical place for a propane tank, or need independently measured heating coverage. The higher current listed price than the 2025 launch price also matters when comparing alternatives.
Bottom line on the “first ever” and “completely smokeless” claims
Ninja Fireside360 is a propane outdoor heater and fire pit with three operating modes and an advertised 80,000-BTU combined output. SharkNinja’s smokeless, ash-free description explains the product’s appeal, but it remains a manufacturer claim without independent testing in the available evidence. Current U.S. listings checked in 2026 showed $499.99, the tank is sold separately, and the company’s own runtime figures range from 8.5 hours in combined operation to as much as 28 hours in a 2025 flame-only claim.
