Before joining CMS INDUSLAW, Oberoi was Legal Head – Hydro, Asia-Pacific at GE Vernova. In that role, she led legal strategy across the project lifecycle and advised commercial leaders and boards on governance, regulatory risk, joint ventures, restructuring and major capital transactions. Earlier roles covered GE businesses in renewable energy, transportation, manufacturing, grid solutions, and oil and gas.

Education, books and ConstructHER
Oberoi’s reported education includes a law degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, in 2008, and an LLM in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the School of Law, GD Goenka University.
The appointment announcement names two books by Oberoi: Constructive Counsel: Construction Law Explained and Construction Mediation: A Practical Handbook.
