Matthew Perry’s former Pacific Palisades home sold off-market for a reported $8.55 million in October 2024, according to the Los Angeles Times. The four-bedroom, roughly 3,500-square-foot mid-century modern house was in the 18000 block of Blue Sail Drive; the article did not publish a full street address.
How much did Matthew Perry’s home sell for?
The Los Angeles Times reported a sale price of $8.55 million for the off-market transaction, reported on October 26, 2024. Perry had bought the property in 2020 for $6 million, the paper said. Those two reported prices alone do not establish the seller’s profit: they do not account for transaction costs, taxes, improvements, or estate details.
Where was the house, and what was it like?
The home was in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, on the 18000 block of Blue Sail Drive. The Los Angeles Times described it as a four-bedroom, approximately 3,500-square-foot mid-century modern house. Its article did not provide a full street address.
Who bought the property?
The Los Angeles Times identified the buyer as Anita Verma-Lallian, a Scottsdale-based movie producer and real estate developer, attributing the information to a representative. The sale was reported as off-market rather than a public listing.

Did the home survive the Palisades Fire?
In January 2025, Realtor.com reported that Verma-Lallian said the property survived the Palisades Fire. That is an owner-reported account relayed by the outlet, not an independent fire-agency assessment. The available reporting does not establish the home’s present condition, whether it has since been repaired or remediated, or whether ownership has changed again.
What is known about Perry’s death at the property?
The real-estate sale is separate from the official cause-of-death finding. In a December 15, 2023 announcement, the County of Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner said Perry’s cause of death was the acute effects of ketamine. The finding is published in the medical examiner’s announcement.
