Who issued the order and when
According to ScanX, the Deputy Commissioner, Central GST Division, Kota Rural, passed the order on 7 October 2026, and Mangalam Cement received communication of it on 8 October. The reported allegation relates to ITC associated with an invoice issued by a service provider. The available account does not establish further details about the invoice or the underlying dispute.

Has Mangalam Cement appealed?
ScanX reports that Mangalam Cement was examining the order and intended to appeal under Section 107 within three months of receiving it. That is a reported intention, not confirmation that an appeal has been filed. The company reportedly said the order would not affect its current business operations or activities.

Mangalam Cement also disclosed a separate ITC adjudication order in October 2025. That proceeding concerned the Additional Commissioner, CGST, Jaipur, and must not be confused with the reported October 2026 Kota Rural order.
