- Runtime is limited: Lidl’s approximately 45-minute mowing figure is followed by an approximately 60-minute charging figure; actual coverage depends on lawn shape, grass growth and operating settings.
- Check slopes: the published limit is 25° (47%). Measure steep sections rather than assuming every bank is suitable.
- Weather protection is automatic, not a licence to ignore conditions: the rain sensor is designed to return the mower to its station when rain is detected.
- Specifications are not independent performance testing: there is no neutral comparative test establishing real-world coverage, noise, navigation accuracy or cut quality for this model.
Can Lidl Plus customers reserve one early next time?
Lidl has previously used an app-based reservation system for a Parkside mower. In its 2025 Click, Reserve & Collect trial, Lidl Plus users reserved through the app from 7–13 April, selected a collection store from 16–19 April, and were told the mower would arrive in stores on 24 April. That trial listed a Lidl Plus price of £199 and a non-member price of £249.
