The LG C3 48-inch OLED TV and LG SE6S soundbar bundle reported on February 26, 2024, cost $1,375.29 against a quoted $1,849.98 reference price. That is $474.69 off, or about 25.7%—not 35%. It is therefore a potentially strong historical bundle price, but not a confirmed offer today. Check current stock, condition, warranty and the exact soundbar contents before buying.
What the February 2024 deal actually included
The promotion covered the 48-inch-class LG OLED48C3PUA television and an LG SE6S soundbar. Silent PC Review reported the bundle on February 26, 2024, at $1,375.29, compared with $1,849.98. The difference is $474.69 before tax, shipping or other fees.

Using those two quoted prices, the calculation is ($1,849.98 − $1,375.29) ÷ $1,849.98 = approximately 25.7%. The source headline said 35%, while its body also used “25% off” and “$474 off.” Because those figures conflict, describe the offer by its actual prices rather than repeating 35% as an established saving. Read the original deal report.
Is that price still available?
No current purchase price is established here. The quoted $1,375.29 was a February 2024 price, not a live August 2026 promotion. LG’s C3 page now identifies the model as an older product with newer models available, and the related C3A page is marked discontinued. Retailers may still have leftover, open-box or marketplace inventory, but availability and pricing must be checked at checkout.

What the 48-inch LG C3 offers
LG lists the C3 with a 4K OLED panel whose self-lit pixels can switch off individually for effectively perfect blacks and high contrast. The compact 48-inch size can suit a bedroom, small living room or a gaming desk—provided you have enough viewing distance and desk depth.
- Gaming: native 120Hz, HDMI 2.1, variable refresh rate, NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility and AMD FreeSync Premium compatibility.
- Video: Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG support.
- Audio and software: Dolby Atmos support and LG’s webOS smart-TV platform.
- Processing: α9 AI Processor 4K Gen6.
These specifications are listed on LG’s OLED48C3PUA product page. A 48-inch panel is not automatically comfortable as a desktop monitor: text size, viewing distance, operating-system scaling, 4:4:4 settings and your graphics card all matter.

What you can—and cannot—assume about the SE6S soundbar
The deal report identifies the SE6S as a 3.0-channel LG soundbar with Dolby Atmos support. That should generally provide clearer dialogue and a wider front soundstage than television speakers, but “Dolby Atmos” alone does not establish physical rear speakers, upward-firing drivers or theater-level bass.
The supplied deal information does not establish whether this specific U.S. bundle includes a separate subwoofer, which HDMI features are provided, whether Atmos is virtualized, or which LG TV-integration features are enabled. Confirm those points on the retailer’s exact SE6S listing and in the box contents. Treat the package as a compact front-stage upgrade unless a dedicated subwoofer and rear speakers are explicitly listed.

LG C3 versus C4: the differences that matter
| Feature | LG C3 48-inch | LG C4 48-inch |
|---|---|---|
| Launch generation | 2023 | 2024 |
| Processor | α9 AI Processor 4K Gen6 | α9 AI Processor Gen7 |
| Refresh rate | Native 120Hz | Up to 144Hz |
| Gaming compatibility | HDMI 2.1, VRR, G-SYNC and FreeSync Premium | HDMI 2.1, VRR, G-SYNC and FreeSync Premium |
| HDR and audio formats | Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos | Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos |
| U.S. launch price (48-inch) | $1,499 | $1,599 |
LG announced the C3’s $1,499 U.S. launch price for March 2023 in its 2023 pricing document. The company announced the 48-inch C4 at $1,599 for March 2024 in its 2024 OLED announcement.
Why a PC gamer may prefer the C4
The C4’s up-to-144Hz mode can benefit a compatible PC, graphics card and game that can exceed 120 frames per second. LG also lists the Gen7 processor and 0.1ms response time on the OLED48C4PUA product page. LG describes brightness improvements, but the practical gain depends on picture mode, content and room lighting.

PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X games generally target up to 120Hz, so the C4’s extra 24Hz is principally a PC advantage. For films, streaming and console play, the C3 retains 4K OLED contrast, HDMI 2.1, VRR, Dolby Vision and 120Hz capability. If a verified C3 bundle is substantially cheaper after including a soundbar, the newer panel is not automatically better value.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Who should buy a verified C3 bundle
- Console players who want OLED contrast and 120Hz HDMI 2.1 support.
- Movie and streaming viewers who value deep blacks and a compact screen.
- Small-room buyers who can place a 48-inch display at a comfortable distance.
- PC gamers capped at 120Hz or unable to use a higher refresh rate.
- Anyone needing a soundbar immediately, provided the SE6S is genuinely included and warranted.
Who should choose the C4 or skip this deal
- High-refresh PC gamers: choose the C4 when you can use more than 120Hz and the price gap is modest.
- Bright-room viewers: consider a brighter OLED or Mini-LED alternative if daylight dominates the room.
- Heavy desktop users: static taskbars, news tickers and game HUDs can create image-retention or burn-in risk over time. Use screen-protection features and vary content, or choose an LED/Mini-LED display for constant productivity.
- Buyers facing uncertain stock: avoid marketplace, refurbished or open-box listings without clear warranty and return protection.
- Shoppers paying nearly current-generation money: compare a newer model instead of accepting an old “sale” label.
Buying checklist for old OLED inventory
- Open the retailer’s current listing and record the exact model number and condition.
- Confirm the checkout price, tax, shipping, delivery and any coupon or membership restriction.
- Verify that “LG SE6S” appears in the included-items list, not only in a product photograph or recommendation widget.
- Ask who provides warranty service and whether the retailer is an authorized LG seller.
- Check the return window and dead-pixel policy before opening the box.
- For a desktop setup, verify that your GPU and cable support 4K at the refresh rate you intend to use.
Verdict
Buy this bundle only when a live retailer listing confirms a genuinely low total price, a new OLED48C3PUA (or clearly identified equivalent), the SE6S in the box and full warranty coverage. At the reported $1,375.29, the package would have been about 25.7% below the quoted reference price and attractive for console gaming, films and compact rooms. Choose the C4—or a newer generation—when the price difference is small, 144Hz PC gaming matters, or the C3 is available only with uncertain condition or support. The original 35% claim should not be used without a separate, documented reference price.
