Landmark Group has reportedly raised Rs 330 crore in construction finance from State Bank of India (SBI) for Landmark One, its upcoming commercial development on Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram. The announcement was reported on October 7, 2026; the reports reviewed do not disclose the facility’s financial terms or confirm construction progress.

What the SBI financing is for

News reports identify Landmark One as the project supported by the Rs 330-crore facility. Landmark Group chairman Sandeep Chhillar said the financing would support construction and help maintain execution momentum, according to Hindustan Times. This is the company’s stated purpose for the funding, not independent evidence of the project’s current progress.
