Krisumi Corporation has begun construction of The Forest Reserve and The Forest Reserve-II, identified as Phases 5 and 6 of its Krisumi City township in Sector 36A, Gurugram. The ultra-luxury development is planned for 542 homes, with company-announced investment of more than ₹1,300 crore and an indicated starting price of approximately ₹4.9 crore, before configuration-specific and applicable charges.
What construction has started
Business Standard reported on 16 October 2026 that Krisumi Corporation had commenced development of The Forest Reserve and The Forest Reserve-II. These are the fifth and sixth phases of Krisumi City, a 33.38-acre township in Sector 36A, Gurugram, along the Dwarka Expressway.

The 2, 3 and 4 LDK labels describe the residence configurations announced for the project. Exact room schedules, carpet areas, balconies, parking allocations and specifications were not stated in the announcement and should be checked against the applicable sales and statutory documents.

Nikkei Sekkei, the Japanese architectural firm, is the named designer. Krisumi Corporation positions the development around Japanese craftsmanship, Indian hospitality, nature, thoughtful design and quality. That positioning is a design and brand description; the announcement does not establish particular amenities, construction systems, sustainability certifications or interior specifications.

“Commencement” confirms that work on Phases 5 and 6 has started, but it does not by itself specify the exact construction milestone, approved tower sequence or handover stage. The 16 October 2026 report gives no possession or completion date. Anyone considering a purchase should request the phase-specific schedule in writing and verify later updates against the project’s statutory filings and agreement for sale.

- Check cancellation, delay-compensation, defect-liability and common-area handover clauses with an independent property lawyer.
What is established—and what remains open
The announcement establishes the start of construction, the names and phase numbers, the 542-home scale, broad size and configuration ranges, the stated investment and revenue targets, the architect and the Sector 36A location. It does not establish a delivery date, detailed amenity schedule, final specifications, construction progress by tower, legal-document findings or the total purchase cost for an individual residence.
