Stage two of Kardinya Park Shopping Centre’s redevelopment opened on 3 December 2025, adding a signalised South Street entry, a three-level car park, an expanded Coles, and new medical, wellness, food and dining space. The opening was officiated by Bibra Lake MLA Sook Yee Lai and former cricketer Kim Hughes, according to PerthNow – Melville’s report published 4 December 2025.
What stage two added
The completed stage brought together access and parking works with an expanded retail and services offer:
- A signalised entry from South Street.
- A three-level car park described as having 550 bays, including 360 undercover.
- A medical and wellness precinct.
- Expanded fresh-food and dining options.
- An enlarged Coles supermarket spanning 3,790 square metres.
The parking and supermarket figures are reported by PerthNow; the report does not provide a separate project document or detailed breakdown of the parking provision.
How the redevelopment is being staged

At the time of PerthNow’s 4 December 2025 report, Flames Burger and Grill, Hanoi Corner, FAST Emergency Care and several allied health services were described as coming “in the new year.” The report does not establish whether those businesses or services subsequently opened, so their later status should be checked directly with the centre or operators.
What the report does not establish
The published account does not state opening hours, provide a full tenant directory, break out accessible-parking numbers, or give a project cost. It also does not include a detailed traffic or access assessment, an independent evaluation of customer response or economic effects, or a construction timetable for the proposed later stages.
