Battery claims and charging limits
The 25-hour figure is a best-case manufacturer claim. Maximum-speed operation, the flashlight, SOS light, power-bank output, and accessory use consume more energy, so actual runtime can be substantially shorter. JISULIFE’s official FAQ says the fan is limited to 50% speed while charging. Full-charge estimates also vary by listing: the primary U.S. page says about 2.5 hours, while another official listing says 2.5–3.5 hours.

The official specification lists a noise range of 65–102 dB. No independent measurement is established here, so the range should not be converted into a more specific comparison. At the upper end, it may be unsuitable for quiet offices, libraries, meetings, recording spaces, or sleeping.
The Ultra2 weighs 295g (about 10.4 ounces) and measures 135 × 40 × 74.5mm. That is bag-friendly and practical for festivals, commuting, travel, outdoor work, or an emergency kit, but it is heavier than a simple pocket fan. “Portable” does not mean you will forget its weight during prolonged handheld use.

Is it worth approximately $76.49?
It makes sense when you need
- Strong airflow for festivals, commuting, camping, travel, or outdoor work.
- Fine-grained control rather than a few fixed speeds.
- A large battery for extended, variable-speed use.
- One device combining fan, flashlight, SOS light, backup charging, and blower-style attachments.
- A metal-bodied design and are willing to accept extra weight and noise.
It is a poor fit when you need
- A quiet fan for an office, library, bedroom, or recording environment.
- The lightest possible pocket device.
- Guaranteed all-day operation at maximum power.
- Only a basic personal breeze at the lowest possible cost.
